Shipping policy

All your orders are dispatched within 7 days after receipt of payment, unless exceptional conditions are announced beforehand. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your package will then arrive according to the choice made at the time of payment for your order.

Parcels are sent either by La Poste via regular mail or flat-rate postal box, as well as by Colissimo. Once the parcel is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any delays caused by La Poste or Colissimo.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
